The staff's friendliness and willingness to assist, especially with arranging dining recommendations nearby such as Grill and Chill Steak House and Coconut Restaurant and Bar, truly enhanced my experience. this hotel is a gem that I highly recommend to anyone seeking both luxury and cultural immersion in Vietnam.
